Returns

uaejewelers orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

Extended Holiday Returns: *Items purchased between November 1, 2023, and December 25, 2023, are eligible to be returned through January 15, 2024.*

In order to begin the return process please email uaejewelerss@gmail.com with your order number. The product must be returned to us in original, unworn condition for return/exchange to be processed.

If an item does not fit properly, we will be happy to lengthen/shorten the piece for you free of charge (minus shipping fees).
